DT Shop Bulk Purchasing feature, designed to streamline your process of buying large quantities of PIN products, including Gift Cards, Mobile, and eSIM. This guide will walk you through the steps to utilize this feature effectively.
Step 1: Sign In to DT Shop
Access the DT Shop: Navigate to the DT Shop website.
Log In: Use your credentials to log in. If you don't have an account, follow the prompts to create one.
Step 2: Navigate to the Bulk Purchase Section
Once logged in, locate the "Bulk Purchase" option in the menu or dashboard. Click on it to access the bulk purchasing module.
Click Create Order to create a new order, My PIN Orders to review the status of your orders.
Step 3: Select Products
Browse Products: View the available PIN products. Detailed descriptions and terms are provided for each.
Select Quantity: For each product you wish to purchase, enter the quantity. Remember, the platform allows a maximum of 5 products per order for bulk purchases.
Step 4: Review Order and Submit Request
Review Your Cart: Ensure all selected products and quantities are correct.
Submit Request: Click on the "Place Order" button. If any products are not immediately available, you will receive a notification with the estimated delivery time.
Step 5: Approval of Estimated Delivery Times
For products not available for instant delivery, you will be directed to a table showing statuses estimated delivery times. Estimating delivery time may take us 1-2 business days depending on the chosen product.
You can Approve or Decline each item based on the provided estimates. Approving will proceed with the order; declining will remove the item from your order.
Step 8: Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your order in the "Orders in Progress" table. This will include updates on estimated delivery times and notifications when items are dispatched.
Step 6: Order Execution
Order Execution: As items become available, your wallet will be charged based on the price at the moment of transaction. You might receive credits back or be charged more depending on price changes.
Executed orders become available in the Completed orders table
Step 9: Receiving Your PIN Products
Once your order is executed, the PINs will be delivered to you. You will receive an email confirmation for each executed order item.
