1. TRANSACTIONS SEARCH Page

On the left menu, click on TRANSACTIONS SEARCH

Please note: You can search transactions from the last 90 days (three months). For transactions beyond that period, you can download them from the Transaction Detail report.

2. DATE RANGE selection

Select the Date Range by clicking on the respective filed

The default Date Range is set to Today

Note: Typically, it takes a maximum of 3 minutes for transactions to be reflected in today's search results

3. PRE-SET DATA RANGES

Select pre-set data ranges from the dropdown or "Custom"' option to input data ranges within the last three months

4. CUSTOM DATA RANGE

To input custom data ranges, select Start and End date from the drop-down calendar and Click APPLY

Note Start and End date should be within previous 90 days. Transactions beyond that period are available in Reporting section

5. ALL TRANSACTIONS WITHIN THE SELECTED DATA RANGE

If you want to see all the transactions during the selected period after selecting /inputing data range, click on SEARCH.

6. MORE FILTERS AND SEARCH RESULTS

You will see the results in the table under "Search Results."

It is possible to search within search results if you apply available filters and click SEARCH

Available filters are:

  • Transaction ID

  • Operator

  • Recipient Mobile Number

Also, under MORE FILTERS button additional filters are available:

  • External ID

  • Service (Mobile, Gift Cards, Utilities)

  • Subservice (Airtime, Bundles, Data, Gaming Pins, etc)

  • Destination

  • Status

  • and more

7. ADDITIONAL FILTERS

Select the needed filter and click SEARCH.

8. AVAILABLE DETAILS OF EACH TRANSACTION

Available details on the transaction are available under drop-down section in the Search Results table. You can access it by simply clicking on Transaction ID.

9. OPERATOR REFERENCE

The detailed transaction information also includes the OPERATOR REFERENCE, if it is provided by the operator.

The OPERATOR REFERENCE is a unique transaction ID assigned to this specific transaction by the operator. If your customer claims that the recipient has not received the top-up, despite the transaction being marked as successful, you can suggest recipient reaching out to the operator directly with transaction details along with this OPERATOR REFERENCE .

10. PIN CODE

For PIN-Based products, transactions details will also contain PIN code and/ or PIN serial.

11. ADJUSTING COLUMNS IN THE SEARCH RESULTS TABLE - 1

To adjust columns visible in Search Results table, lick on the Filter button on the top right of the table

12. ADJUSTING COLUMNS IN THE SEARCH RESULTS TABLE - 2

Tick the columns that you would like to observe or Untick the columns you do not want to see and click CLOSE button

13. EXPORT CSV - 1

To export the search results in CSV format click EXPORT CSV Button

14. EXPORT CSV - 2

The link to download the CSV report will be sent to the email address
