Comission Management

1. Go to the Agent menu in DT Shop

2. Select the Agent you want to modify the commission for and click Actions Button (three vertical dots)

3. In the drop-down menu select Manage Comissions

4. On the Manage Commission Page, filter products you want to modify

You can select:

• single product by Product ID

• products by destination country

• products by operator

• products by service (Mobile, Gift Cards, Payments)

  etc

5. After applying filters click Search

6. Select products by ticking single products or select all by ticking the square box on the top bar

You will see Global Commission that was assigned when the Agent was created

7. If you ticked the square box on the top bar, you can apply the change either to all the products on the screen or to all products

To apply to all products click on SELECT ALL N PRODUCTS button

8. Scroll down, to Bulk Actions menu

9. Click on Modify Commission

10. Click on OK

11. Enter commission you wish to apply to selected products

12. Click on OK

13. Click on CONFIRM

14. When changes are confirmed, you can go to the Agents Page

15. The Information on products with commissions different from global will be shown in a tooltip
