Restore Access: Forgot Password

1. Click on Forgot Password?

2. Enter your email address and Click on SEND RECOVERY E-MAIL

3. Check your Email Inbox on Instructions of how to reset the password

4. Open your email inbox and look for the password reset email from DT Shop. Click the "Reset Password" button in the email.

NOTE:If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact DT Shop support for assistance.

5. You will be redirected back to DT Shop’s Account Recovery page. Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it again. Click “Reset Password” to save the changes.

6. Once your password is successfully updated, go to the DT Shop login page. Enter your email and the new password to log in.
