1. You can transfer funds from your wallet to your active Agent in two ways
You can transfer funds from your wallet to your active Agent in two ways:
Option 1 Initiate Transfer
Option 2 Accept Fund request initiated by the Agent
To initiate Transfer or Accept Funds request, go to MY WALLET page
2. Option 1: To initiate the transfer Select recipient from the dropdown list, enter the amount and click TRANSFER
3. Option 2: If your Agent initiated a fund request you will see it in the Incoming Requests section
To fund your Agent's wallet Accept the request. The Agent will receive confirmation by email.
4. Transfer history is available In the History section
