Create and Manage Roles
1. SETTINGS Page
Go to SETTINGS
Only users with Administrator role can manage roles. By default, Administrator access is granted to the first user registered in DT Shop
2. ACCESS CONTROL
Click on the ACCESS CONTROL link
3. MANAGE ROLES
To add new role Click on MANAGE ROLES
4. CREATE ROLE
You will see the list of all roles and what access is granted to the role. To create a new role, click CREATE ROLE
5. ROLE ACCESS
Fill in Role Name and this role's access
6. ROLES LIST
The new Role will be added in the ROLES LIST
7. MANAGE USERS
To add users with this role Click on MANAGE USERS
8. ASSIGN THE ROLE
Assign the role to the existing users or invite new user by clicking on INVITE USER
9. CHANGING ROLE ACCESS RIGHTS
To change the Role access, Click on the Actions Button
10. UPDATE ROLE
Enter new configuration and click UPDATE ROLE
11. DELETING ROLE
For Deleten the ROLE click on DELETE
Note: the Role can be deleted only if there are no active users assigned to this role
