How To Generate Reports: Transaction Summary Report

Transaction summary report provides a comprehensive overview of all transactions in all statuses within a given period. These reports condense data into groups by Products, Destinations, Operators, and Services.

# Log in to DT SHOP

Go to https://dtshop.dtone.com/

1. REPORTING SECTION

Transaction Summary reports are available on the Transaction Summary Tab

2. GROUP BY: Destination, Operator, Service, Product

Under GROUP BY, select grouping criteria

3. DATE RANGE

Select pre-set ranges or select CUSTOM and enter needed DATE RANGE

4. ADDITIONAL FILTERS

It is possible to add additional filters for example, by STATUS

5. FILTER BY COMPLETED STATUS

6. GENERATE REPORT

7. RESULTS TABLE

8. EXPORT CSV

To export results in CSV format, click on EXPORT CSV

9. Receive EMAIL

Exported CSV file will be sent to the registered user's email.

11. SCHEDULE REPORTS

To start receiving reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly), click on SCHEDULED REPORTS

12. MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Enter details and click ADD SCHEDULED REPORT. Alternatively, you can manage regular reports in the Subscriptions section
